Laura Kinder is President at Daversa Partners. Since joining the firm at age 28, Laura became the youngest woman in Daversa’s history to make partner and was recognized as one of Crain’s Most Notable Women in Tech in 2019. She has been instrumental in building Daversa’s presence in NYC and has completed more than 1,000 executive searches for both consumer and B2B businesses, building out the leadership teams for companies like Peloton, Airtable, Oscar, Nutanix, Square, Pinterest, Etsy, Snapchat, Opendoor, Twitter, and ServiceNow. Laura graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Communications and Business Management.
