Michael brings over 25 years of experience in venture investing, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship with software, eCommerce, and financial services organizations. Previously, he was General Partner with Edison Partners where he led investments in the financial technology investment sector, deploying over $1.2B in 90 new investments. Michael serves on the Board of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association and is past president of Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Partners, Penn’s alumni organization that serves 2,500 alumni in PE and VC. He was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal in its “40 under 40” program. Michael received a BA in Economics, cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School. He is married and resides in Villanova, PA with his wife and two children.
